1. Who we are
RealLead ("RealLead", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Francois Theron, a sole proprietor trading as RealLead, of 28 Bulbul Road, Sable Hills Waterfront Estate, Kameelfontein, Pretoria, 0035, South Africa. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RealLead website and application (the "Service").
2. The Service
RealLead is a subscription-based customer relationship management (CRM) web application for real estate agents and agencies. It allows registered users to manage property listings, capture and track buyer and tenant leads, match properties to leads, schedule viewings, and manage related tasks and communications. RealLead does not sell or supply any physical goods.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Agency administrators are responsible for the team members they invite to their agency's account and for the conduct of those members while using the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand and processed by our third-party payment provider, PayFast. By subscribing, you authorise RealLead to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Plan pricing and limits (seats, listings and leads) are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we will give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to your next billing period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service. Cancellation stops future billing but takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will retain access to your plan's features until that period ends, and no further payments will be collected after cancellation. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period already paid for.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the property, lead and other data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any third-party personal information (such as buyer or tenant details) that you enter into RealLead, and for complying with applicable data protection law, including South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), when doing so.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to store or transmit malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account or data.
8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealLead is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
