1. Who we are
RealLead is operated by Francois Theron, a sole proprietor trading as RealLead, of 28 Bulbul Road, Sable Hills Waterfront Estate, Kameelfontein, Pretoria, 0035, South Africa. We process personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
2. Information we collect
When you use RealLead we collect: (a) account information you provide, such as your name, email address and agency details; (b) property, lead and client information that you or your agency enter into the Service in the course of using it; and (c) basic technical information such as login timestamps needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
We use this information to provide and operate the Service, authenticate your account, process subscription payments, communicate with you about your account, and maintain the security of the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate RealLead: Supabase, for application hosting, database storage and authentication; and PayFast, for processing subscription payments. These providers process data on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties except where required by law.
5. Cookies
RealLead uses cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain account and application data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you wish to reactivate it, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you request earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it is processed, by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We rely on industry-standard security controls provided by our infrastructure providers, including encrypted data transmission and access controls that restrict data to your own agency's users.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
